CCS: Getting Help

Responses to queries sent here are managed by the User Assistance group in the CCS, with backup from the Scientific Computing group. Send E-mail any time, but expect quicker responses 9AM-5PM ET on weekdays.

Staff from the Computer Operations group are on duty 24/7. You may inform the operators at (865)574-5310 if you believe a major system has gone down. Please do not call the operators for technical questions.
